Grief Integration:
Coaching, Tending, & Support Services
We meet right where you are. I provide resources in a supportive space to explore where we go from our initial time together. You might be experiencing acute grief or in the early stages of grief or you might not be. You might be working with a therapist or counselor, or you might not. Let’s work together to get you the support you want.
Coaching is designed to assist your unique journey. It is best suited for those who have some capacity to go about their day-to-day functions. Coaching is primarily intended to focus on the present, while therapy is identifying and breaking past cycles and/or supporting individuals in crisis. I am not here to fix you as you are not broken. I am here to serve you. We are not going to try to get you anywhere you are not. We work together as you experience what it means to navigate transition, grief, or loss on a daily basis. We create a safe space for remembering and practicing new ways of living. If you are unsure of where you’re at, I welcome you to schedule a connection call and we can sit together.
I work virtually and one-on-one at this time. If a family is grieving a mutual transition or loss, it is best, to begin by, scheduling sessions separately, to care for each person’s particular relationship. Please reach out to me if you have questions about arranging other accommodations.
Working Together
First, let’s schedule a free 15-minute connection call to check if we’re a good fit and would like to continue together. If you do not see a time that works for you please email me: jade@griefandgratitudeco.com
Once we connect, we’ll discuss the various ways we can work together. Below are my offerings we can choose from:
Coaching & Grief Integration Support Sessions
We begin with a required 30-minute initial call after our connection call to address anything in the client intake form: $75. If we exceed the 30 minutes I charge an additional $15 per 15 minutes.
Once we have a connection call and a consultation call, we can book a grief integration support session, which are 60 minutes: $150. You may schedule as needed or routinely. If we exceed the 30 minutes I charge an additional $15 per 15 minutes.

I will do my best to accommodate as I am able.
Gratitude
I support folks in creating daily rhythms and practices, acknowledging their experiences, and integrating them. What practices work best for you that allow space for transition, loss, or grief? How do we tend to self-care and self-compassion during transition or loss? What meaning do we give, if any, to our experience? How do we stay attuned to our own becoming as we change?
Transition, Grief, or Loss
Transition or loss happens in so many different ways. I hold space for each individual’s unique journey. This includes but is not limited to loss through suicide, sibling loss, loss of a parent, employment, body autonomy, relationships, and sudden or crisis-driven loss. I work with folks experiencing any or several of these griefs: delayed, disenfranchised, ambiguous, inconclusive, traumatic, anticipatory, masked, or cumulative grief.
